ULTIMATE STONE SEALER Hybrid Formulation is designed for deep penetration and immediate application on stone, grout and masonry. This New AC Technology allows for an extremely low residue formula that is easier and faster to apply than traditional penetrating sealers, thus eliminating any application problems that occur with all other sealers today.

It protects against both oil and water based stains and achieves the strongest, most environmentally safe cross-linked matrix, giving you the best per forming, most durable and safest sealer for both you and the environment. It's non-yellowing, long-lasting and unlike other sealers its overspray or any excess sealer will dissipate and not leave any hard to remove residue.

DIRECTIONS

Always test product in an inconspicuous area first to determine suitability. Suitability is always the responsibility of the user. 

Make sure surface is clean and dry, if needed clean surface to be sealed with our Floor & More cleaner to make sure it’s free from all dirt, grease, oil and waxes .


  1. Spray entire surface and let stand for 15 minutes then wipe/buff -in any excess sealer. If needed a second coat can be applied immediately following step 1 and then wipe/buff-in any excess sealer after 15 minutes.
  2. Ready for traffic immediately after final application has been wiped/buffed-in. Achieves full cure in 24 hours.


Open windows and use fans to circulate air. Always wear gloves, goggles and a NIOSH approved respirator at all times when using product.

FIRST AID FOR EYES AND SKIN: Rinse eyes and skin with water for 15 minutes. Call a physician if any irritations continue.

INHALATION: Remove person to fresh air. Call a physician if symptoms persist.

FIRST AID IF INGESTED: If swallowed drink a lot of water for 15mintures. DO NOT induce vomiting. Seek medical attention if stomach irritations continue.
