Use before grouting to protect the micro-pores of porcelain tiles from staining during the grouting process and to make the grout clean up much easier and faster. Use after installation to help keep the tiles clean, easier to maintain and looking like new for years to come. Easy wipe-on application!

DIRECTIONS

Always test product in an inconspicuous area first to determine suitability. Suitability is always the responsibility of the user. Make sure surface is free from all dirt, grease, oil and waxes. 

Before Grouting:

  1. Sponge/Wipe-on Porcelain Tile Sealer completely covering the porcelain tiles surface.
  2. Leave Porcelain Tile Sealer to dry on the tiles (30-60 minutes usually). Once dried you can then bein grouting immediately.

After Grouting:

  1. 1 hour after grouting Sponge/Wipe/Spray-on Porcelain Tile Sealer completely covering the porcelain tiles and grout.
  2. Let sealer stand for a minimum of 30 minutes, then wipe/buff off any excess from the tiles if needed with a clean cotton or terry cloth towel until tiles are dry and residue free. You can use a little Porcelain tile Sealer to cut through any hard-to-remove dried on residue from tiles and then promptly buff/wipe clean.
  3. Ready for light foot traffic 1 hour after any excess sealer has been removed. Full cure in 24 hours
  4. Maintain treated areas with ADVANCED Ultimate Floor & More Cleaner.

FIRST AID FOR EYES AND SKIN: Rinse eyes and skin with water for 15 minutes. Call a physician if any irritations continue.

INHALATION: Remove person to fresh air. Call a physician if symptoms persist.

FIRST AID IF INGESTED: If swallowed drink a lot of water for 15mintures. DO NOT induce vomiting. Seek medical attention if stomach irritations continue.
